I have the opportunity to purchase one of these two rods (St Croix Legend Ultra and Sage FLi). Both are 9' 5wt. I have had the opportunity to cast each and am having a touch time deciding between the 2. They both feel very good. I am looking for how others feel about these 2 rods. Should I stay away from either.

I don't know too much about the sage fli but the slu is a great rod and underrated in my opinion both companies have great coustomer service so you can't go wrong there
