I would like to know how to use this TECH POUCH (Waterproof). For example: If You put inside a fishing license card, a cell phone and else, where would You keep the "pouch" while in the stream?

You forgot to add a XXXtra duty ziplock baggie that's $12.95 is a bargain that we all could use! So, when are you going to put your order in?

It was a gift, that came with an instruction tag that does not belong to this Simms product, but one with a bucklet and cordura strips.
That´s why I am asking.

As You said, it is indeed an XXXtra duty ziplock baggie. To hung it around my neck, at least while I move from pond to pond in the stream I usually fish, to protect watch and may be a cell phone, is my best thought about the use for it, too.
