Anyone have suggestions for something that can really zoom out? I usually fish alone and end of tself taking pictures of myself with my little trophies. However, I recently caught and released a bigger and longer trophy and had a heck of a time taking a picture of the two of us together without cropping part of a face or part of a fin.

You don't necessarily need a camera with a real wide angle lens. There are some digital cameras available that have an LCD screen that flips out and rotates, which would make it possible to hold at arms length, compose the shot and take your own photo with relative accuracy.

Here is just one example!
