I've got an "as new" USA made 8'6" #7 Fenwick Graphite "Eagle" rod I purchased in 1982... it's been fished one time and is essentially new! Around here (Montana) I don't fish big rivers. I'm thinking of selling it on ebay and am looking for a sense from the expert's here what sort of value it has.

Considering that you can buy a brand new Fenwick HMX rod now for less than $200, I wouldn't expect to much back for an older Fenwick rod. If I were you I would put it up for open auction and set a reserve if you dont want to get rid of it for less than a certain price. If for any reason you feel you might end up buying a new rod simular to that one maybe you should just keep it and save a couple hundred bucks in the future...
