Hello All,

An offshoot from Richard's post.

I liked the DB Dunn rod/reel cases best. Then, I discovered the SPLCA which comes in its own rod/reel case. WOW!... How nice to have a case that is built to the size of the rod and reel without all the extra bulk!! It is so compact it easily fits behind the seat in the truck. Only problem, now I'm not so keen on the clunky looking DB Dunn's.

Anybody know where one can find a case that will fit a rod/reel like those with the SPLCA?

I have the SAGE double rod and reel case for up to a 4 piece 9 foot rod. Not very bulky or heavy, easy to carry on long hikes, fits nicely in the back seat of my truck and provides very good protection for each individual peice of both rods. A littly pricy but worth it in my opionion.
