Hi

Im gone by me one G2 but do any one know what the difference is between 8`8" and 9`??
I have to order on web so I can´t to try it first, and it is on sale so I can not return it if I don´t like it.
Can somebody help me her?

There really isnt going to be that much of a difference, but the longer rod will let you make longer casts, and youll be able to mend line easier on the water. But if you live somewhere where overgrowth is a fishing factor you might look at the 8 foot 8. I would opt for the nine foot, but everyone's situation is different.

Hope this helps, and have fun with the best presentation rod ever made!!

The 8'8" rod will be slightly faster than the 9' rod. Both are medium to medium fast actions, perfect for delicate presentations. I have the 8'8" G, and a buddy of mine has the 9' rod. If your casting stroke is slower, buy the 9' rod, if you have a somewhat faster tempo, the 8'8" rod will fit your casting stroke better. Both are absolutely exceptional rods, you can't go wrong.

Distance won't be much different, and will be much more affected by the quality of your casting stroke.

Hi

Thanks for the answer I have got.
I order the 8`8" to day since I have bit fast casting stroke.

I´m looking forward to cast with this rod.

Thanks
