I put my line on my reel today. It is WF3 SA line. But there is no mark or tag on line that tells what end goes to reel like it tells you on instructions. I took all the line off the reel to see if the other end had tag or mark on it. Nothing on that end as well. So is there a way to tell what end is the right end to tie to reel? Thanks

With most "new in package" lines, the end that is showing is the end that you are supposed to tie to the backing. The end that is buried under the rest of the line is the end that you attach your leader/tippet/fly to.

Well I should have guess that. But now that I took all the line off reel i dont know what end that was. My little girl took that line and ran with it. And I lost track of what end was on top. So is there any way to tell now?

With weight forward line, the front gets thicker fairly quickly and the back will stay skinny for a long time. This is what gives the line it's name. There is a lot more line weight at the "forward" end of the line.
