As you can see, we have re-organized and simplified the forum categories. Drakien and I think it's much easier to read this way.

Simplified, meaning simple like dumb? Like every thread in 'off topic' being on topic?

What about poles? Every decent forum I know has the availability for users to start polls... are ya'll holding out on us or is this software a complete POS?

I'll have to go check my notes, when we started sprintowners.com I think we were on IPS (which is a POS) before switching to VB. It's not much of an expense to switch to VB, what's the holdup?

As I have pointed out more than once, the javascript for the forum system was broken. I just got that fixed last week. It was affecting everything from the postbox functions to the moderation tools, to the ability to move threads.

As for "poles", as far as I know, polls work fine. But if they aren't working for you, you can vote in this poll here:

And yes IPB software is a piece of &*%*. I would love to switch to vB. vB is a much better forum package as far as I am concerned. But in order to do that, we would have to dump all user accounts. Everyone would have to start over with a new account and may or may not have their old posts associated with their new accounts. I don't know the truth of this, but that is what the server guys tell me.

Most of us on this board are sick and tired of Fogerty. Why don't you ban him? If he were contributing something worthwhile, I wouldn't mind some of his BS, but he has nothing to contribute. Nothing. This is a fly fishing forum.

The a$$hole is probably running people off this board with his stupid drivel, and lack of respect for everyone else. I know I hesitate to post sometimes, because his weak BS gets really old.
