Tie in G.P Tippet for the tail.Tie in wire and peacock herl at bend of hook. Make two wraps of herl and tie off. Tie in red floss and wrap to mid hook. Next wrap two more turns of herl and wind wire to secure material. Tie in the hackle and wind a collar. Next tie in the wings the same length as the body. Whip finish and head cement.
