Attach thread at hook bend and tie in a small bunch of partridge for the tail. Tie in green floss at hook eye and wind back to tail and then forward again to the approx. 2/3 the hook. Tie in small ball of hares ear dubbing behind hook eye. Tie in a partridge feather by the tip and form a sparse collar. Whip finish and head cement.
