Start by attaching the bead chain eyes to the top of the hook. Next wrap the thread down past the hook barb and tie in a piece of clear vinyl rib followed by pearl flashabou. Now wrap the flashabou up and figure eight around the eyes, then advance the vinyl rib up and figure eight around the eyes. To finish tie in a piece of tan calf tail for the wing. Whip finish and head cement.
