Start by attaching the dumbbell eyes to the top of the hook, then wrap the thread to the barb where the krystal flash will be tied in for the tail and the tag left long enough to wrap a body. Wrap the tag end of the krystal flash up the hook and figure eight around the eyes, tie off leaving the ends long for the wing. To finish tie in a piece of craft fur as long as the body and tail for the wing. Whip finish and head cement.
