Start by tying down the return wire and tie in a piece of silver tinsel (long enough to be wrapped back to the hook barb and forward again). Next wrap a collar of blue and purple hackle( long and soft). To finish tie in two yellow hackle tips enclosed by two orange hackle tips topped with golden olive calf tail(sparse) for the wing. Whip finish and head cement.
