Attach the lead eyes to the hook shank. From behind the eyes take the zonker strip and tie in twice the length of the body to create a smooth base plus a tail, now tie in the chenille and wrap up followed by a collar of black saddle hackle. Next tie in a piece of sparkle chenille and wrap around the lead eyes. Whip finish and head cement.
