Start by tying down the return wire and wrap back to hook barb, next tie in a tail about the length of the body followed by the rib. Now take a piece of black chenille and wrap up followed by the rib, now wrap a collar of grizzly hackle. To finish tie grizzly hackle tips (flared) for the wing. Whip finish and head cement.
