Start your thread on the return wire, just behind the eye. Next select a large black marabou plume and palmer it on. Fold several strands of blue flashabou and light blue krystal flash around your thread and tie them down on top of the marabou. Now take a kingfisher blue marabou plume and palmer now fold all the material back and make a nice head. Whip finish and head cement.
