Taper one end of the vrib and tie in at the bend of the hook.
Wrap rib forward in tightly spaced turns 3/4 of the way up the shank and tie off.
Tie in a small piece of packing foam at the head facing forward
Tie in a few strands of herl and wrap between foam and vinyl rib.
Whip finish.
