To Start place the bead on the hook, next tie in at the front of the hook a 1/8" piece of thinskin and slide the bead up to the eye. For the tail tie in a 4-5 partridge or grouse feather fibres. Starting at the hook barb and in front of the tail tie in a piece of thinskin 1/8" thick and wind forward over lapping on each turn to get a ribbed effect. For the thorax dub a small amount in front of the body followed by legs and little more dubbing. To finish fold the thinskin over the bead and tie down directly behind it and whip finish. Cut the thinskin in a "v" shape for the wing case.
