Tie on thread just behind hook eye. Tie on kip tail wing facing forward. Wind thread around post to form base for hackle. Tie on antron tail. Tie on krystal flash for rib. Tie in ostrich herl and wind up to just behind wing. Rib body with krystal flash. Tie in partridge back toward hook Tie on grizzly hackle on base of wing. Dub thorax to hook eye. Wrap hackle parachute style and secure. Whip finish and head cement
