Wrap thread to mid hook shank, tie on calf hair tips upright and divide into two wings using a figure 8 wrap. Tie in calf hair tail same length as the wings. Next dub a smooth tapered body to just behind the wings. Tie in the hackle by the butt and make even wraps behind and in front wings. Trim. Whip finish and head cement.
