Instructions

Start by winding the thread down to the hook bend and dubbing a small ball. Next place a goose biot on either side for the tail. To begin the body, tie in a piece of krystal flash for the rib and dub a smooth tapered body 2/3 up the hook followed by the rib. Next comes the under wing of CDC followed by the pre cut over wing.

For the wing case, tie in some CDC at the base of the wing followed by the krystal flash legs. Next tie in a small grizzly hackle, and dub the thorax, follow that up by wrapping the hackle though the dubbing. To finish, trim the top of the hackle and pull the CDC over top to form the wing case and head. Whip finish and head cement.
