Tie in thread over the hook point and wrap to bend of hook.

Tie in grizzly hackle.

Tie in Peacock Herl.

Wrap thread to about one hook eye length behind the eye.

Wrap peacock forward over thread base.

Wind Hackle forward over peacock and tie off.

Whip finish and apply head cement
