Wrap the thread back toward bend and tie in a short tail Next tie in yellow poly yarn and form a loop 1/2 the length of the tail.Now tie in the hackle for the rib and advance thread towards hook eye and wrap a smooth body of poly yarn then rib with hackle. Tie in a bunch of deer hair the length of the body and form turkey quill over it.Next tie a leg on each side of the body. Now form a collar of stacked deer hair and spin a deer hair head clip to shape. Whip finish and head cement.
