Attach the thread at the hook bend and tie in two ostrich plumes, wrap the herl half way up the hook shank. Pre cut some foam for the wings and attach followed by 6-8 strands of krystal flash. Next tie in the legs on each side of the wing. Now tie in another bit of ostrich and attach another wing pad to the top covering the top of the flash and the legs. Whip finish and head cement.
