Bill McBurney serving the area since 1979 as Lees Ferry’s first licensed guide he offers fly fishng at Lees Ferry for rainbow trout and also fly rodding for stripers at Lake Powell. Bill specializes in teaching for anglers at “any” level. If you fish the Ferry with streamers, dries and nymph you day will be complete. Fly rodding for stripers gives you the challenge for saltwater type fishing with stripers and smallmouth. He and his wife Judy also operate a full service Fly Shop adjacent to the Historic Lees Ferry Lodge where anglers can enjoy some of the best food on the Arizona Strip and lodging with the Vermilion Cliffs edge.
