Alan has years of experience as a fisherman and guide. As a local resident, he has explored and hunted for large fish in all the nearby water, and is a strong believer in “catch and release”. He is an enthusiastic, articulate, and patient teacher with a sixth sense when it comes to locating fish. Alan’s knowledge of trout behavior, entomology, and skill in presentation to riffles, pools, and pocket water are second to none.
